Sarah B. Folkes

Sarah Folkes is a dedicated real estate professional currently serving as an Underwriting Analyst at Berkadia’s Dallas office. 

A proud graduate of Clemson University, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, laying a strong foundation in strategic thinking and innovation.

Sarah further advanced her expertise by earning her Master’s of Science in Real Estate degree from Southern Methodist University, gaining specialized knowledge in finance, real estate investment, and market analysis.

Actively engaged in the real estate community, she is a member of both CREW Dallas and The Real Estate Council (TREC), where she continues to grow her network and deepen her industry knowledge.

With a passion for real estate and a long-term vision rooted in family legacy, Sarah aspires to one day take the helm of Folkes Family, continuing the values of leadership, growth, and community impact that define the family business.
