We launched our company in 2013 with a portfolio of 24 properties and 3,551 residential units in economically sound and diverse markets. Our executives have a decades-long track record of success developing and managing in the multifamily sector, and the principals decided to continue this legacy together. Within the next 24 months, several strategic partners transferred the management of their assets to The Franklin Group – tripling our size. The result is a portfolio with more than 115 communities and over 19,000 units along the East Coast. And we’re still growing.
